A church is an organization. As such, church leaders need to develop skill in the construction of structures and strategies. A leader must understand not only strategic challenges, but also the appropriate legal and administrative considerations, if he/she is to successfully execute church’s intended plan. This course will include the counsel of seasoned management practitioners from various fields, in order to assist the student in his/her preparations for the challenges that lie ahead.
