Train the trainer

We understand that the way you are dealing with your apprentice is crucial for their success. We would like to hear from you and help you with this process. Therefore, we will contact you and have a video-meeting at the beginning of the apprenticeship. At least once a year we want to follow up with you individually. There are also 2 meetings planned with your apprentice being present as well.

However, we are here for you whenever you need us. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Your time and input are valuable to us. At the end of every 3×3 survey, there is also the possibility to give us some feedback on how we can improve our program.
