In this course, you will learn how to seize conflicts and crises as waves and winds and grow and become strong with them.

The course is divided into four parts:
a. The conflict within you as a leader – intrapersonal conflict
b. The conflict with other people – interpersonal conflict
c. The personal crisis in your life
d. The crisis in the community
It is evident that the ability to deal with your own inner conflicts and personal crises in a healthy way is a foundation for dealing with conflicts and crises in your community.

The Bible is very clear that every conflict and crisis offers an opportunity to grow and mature as a leader and also as a church. But it also holds a danger in each case of becoming embittered and burning out. The pivotal point in which direction to go is the biblical, healthy way of dealing with crises and conflicts, which we want to recognize and learn together in this course.
